1. Your privacy

   Daily Summit Lab keeps this policy deliberately plain, the way Helen Havelock keeps a first strategy conversation plain. It covers the little data book-us.html and ping-us.html actually touch, why they touch it, and the rights you have over it.

2. The data we hold

   Booking a slot through book-us.html or writing in via ping-us.html hands us only what you type — your name, your email, and what you want help aligning on, whether that is operating-model design or a leadership team that has stopped agreeing on priorities. There is no account system and no hidden profile behind it.

3. What we do with it

   What you send through book-us.html is used for exactly that booking, and nothing you write in an enquiry gets fed into a CRM sequence. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address to anyone else.

4. Cookies

   Daily Summit Lab sets no analytics or advertising cookies on the-blog.html, the-portfolio.html, or anywhere else on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it stops reappearing on every page — clear it in your browser settings and it comes back.

5. Who else sees your data

   Client names and details from a leadership-alignment engagement never appear on the-portfolio.html or anywhere public without written sign-off. Nothing sent through this site is sold, rented, or traded — disclosure happens only if the law obliges it, and to no one else.

6. Storage periods

   A booking enquiry that does not turn into a session is deleted once it is clearly closed — usually once Helen has followed up and heard nothing further. Records for a completed engagement are kept only as long as ordinary bookkeeping requires.

7. What you can ask of us

   Ask any time what Daily Summit Lab holds on you from a booking or enquiry, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — write to hello@daily-summit-lab.com and expect action once we have confirmed it is really you asking.

8. Protection

   Booking details and enquiry correspondence sit in an access-protected mailbox at the Takaramachi office, readable only by the small team that answers you — never a shared drive, never a third-party scheduling tool with its own data policy.
